pe kabar sumer..ari ni aku nak bg tau sket sdikit sbanyak ape yg dah berlaku dalam hidup aku. Apa yg aku suka, and ape yang aku tak suka and aper aper jek lah.
Aku pg excplorace. aku suka tgk bende berjalan lancar. aku kagum plus aku juga bangga. kawan2 ku menjadi begitu hebat. aku pg post moterm. aku tak suka bila tgk ade rakan2 yg salah kuar statement. Bg aku penjagaan statement adelah penting kerana when we voice up somnthing yg evrybody also know wrong,iya akan jadik sumthing yg akan makan diri sendiri....aku nak terangkan konsep BLAME-ORANG-LAIN yg aku amalkan drpada OAT satu dulu...
Konsep BLAME-ORG-LAIN.
bila post moterm, kita kene tgk overall picture tentang wahts going on. mana yg jalan and mana yg tak jalan. if sume berjalan dgn baik so it is godd. but when there are things yg tak baik happen. Mula2 kite kene tanye diri kite dulu, adekah kita ade menyumbang kesalahan dlam bende nih.pikir dalam2.pikir dan pikir.bila ada.trus mengaku kesalahan sendiri.tak kira la kesalahan tu dr segi aper.arahan ker,pengurusan ker,perlaksanaan ker...kalo bende tuh mmg tak melibatkan kite br ditanye.Siapa rase bertangunggjawab dalam hal nih.Dan aku yakin org yg berkenaan akan tampil dan cerita perkara sebenarnya. Contoh kesalahan dlam post moterm.
1. Meninggikan suara. (bincang bukan gaduh)
2. Mempertikaikan jumlah sponsor. ( sponsor itu adalah nasib.bergantung kepada faktor masa+kerjasama)
3. Membuat perkara yg memalukan...jgn buat lagi!

Cuma time nak balik tuh aku kurang berkenan ngan perangai si aan nih.. aduh..tak habis2..bosan dah aku ngan si paiz nih. sampai joop pun tak moh naik kete aku time balik!. ubah2 la bro..ktorang syg ko..ntah2 lebih dr makwe ko sygkan ko..hikhik..

xplorace pnye flow kali ni aku rase mmg dah cantik..tp masalah dalaman mmg susah nk dielakkan...walaupon aku plg benci posmoterm pd hr tu...tp at the end aku taw ape yg terjadi sbnrnye...

ape tujuan voice out smbil high volume kan suara? sume krn nk org tau ape yg kite rase n paham bhw situasi tu sgt penting...dan slama ni pon aku rase konsep blame org tu pon berasas..kite blame after identify sape pnyebab kpd problem tu....dah klu die x do the thing dgn perfect n complete dah mmg obviously la salah tu salah die kan.
blame bkn bermakne hentam tp as a reminder to org lain spaya x buat da same thing~

post mortem on 14th march isnt all about explorace, n i think its apropriate to say no post mortem needed for explorace - it so perfect.
thanks for still guiding us, though u're not beneficiaries of OAT '09 we still enjoy your attention and care.
but bob, things are different now. u're no longer be with us at all time. so many things u hear but still far more less then what we feel here. it's rotten from inside!
everything in ur 'contoh2 kesalahan dalam post mortem' list is the result of accumulative dissatisfaction.
fortunately, i see the post mortem as a cure to all bad things happen among us.
from the utmost sincerity of my heart, i feel that our bond is getting closer and our tie is getting tighter. let us preserve this.
